Cross Country Skiing & Snowshoe Guide

Rich Morgan has spent the last 25 years exploring the Rocky Mountains. He is an avid winter sportsman specializing in backcountry skiing, telemark skiing, snowboarding, and cross country skiing. In addition, Rich enjoys spending all seasons on two wheels. He is an accomplished mountain biker, fat biker, and dual-sport motorcycle enthusiast. In the summer, Rich teaches Level 4 Swiftwater and whitewater skills on the river. He is an avid waterman, including river and ocean surfing, whitewater rafting, whitewater SUPing, and fresh and saltwater fly fishing. Rich is also a lifetime birder, a nature and adventure photographer, and has a BA in biology from West Virginia University. He has worked as a commercial real estate due diligence specialist for over 15 years. Rich welcomes the opportunity to share his knowledge of outdoor recreation, nature, winter backcountry travel, and survival skills with anyone interested in improving their abilities and safely exploring all the Colorado mountains offer. Rich lives in Buena Vista, Colorado, with his wife, Liz, and their dog, Otter.
