Lead Backcountry Guide & AIARE Instructor
Tommy is originally from Wisconsin but has called Chaffee County, Colorado, home since 2011. Tommy enjoys spending as much time outside as possible. He is a Ski Guide and AIARE Avalanche Course Leader in the winter and a Whitewater Kayak and Swiftwater Rescue Instructor in the summer at his other company, Whitewater Attainment. Tommy is passionate and dedicated to a career in the outdoor industry. He has taught others how to have fun and stay safe in wilderness environments for over a decade. Tommy holds Pro 1 and Pro 2 Avalanche Certifications, Wilderness First Responder Certification, and is an AIARE Lead Instructor. Additionally, Tommy is an American Red Cross Wilderness First Aid Instructor and a Whitewater Kayak and Swiftwater Rescue Instructor Trainer for the American Canoe Association.
