All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Please contact us with your order number, details, and photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is due to our error, we will take care of it at no cost to you.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping once an updated address is confirmed.
If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
This policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, or issues after delivery.
This policy applies to all physical products purchased through our store. Courses and guided experiences are subject to a separate cancellation policy.
